The Founders
John and Paula Sandford
After pastoring for over twenty years, God called John and Paula Sandford to a new ministry to write teach and counsel. In 1974, they founded Elijah House which is now based in Post Falls, Idaho. The Elijah House teaching principles stand firmly on the word of God and Elijah House has grown World Wide, successfully teaching, training and ministering to thousands each year, bringing restoration to broken live and relationships.
Following several visits by John and Paula Sandford to New Zealand, the first 3 week Basic School was held in Auckland in 1996. Elijah House NZ – authorised in 1997 by Elijah House Inc (USA) – is now a Charitable trust with a developing ministry throughout the nation.
